How Mithra Generated €924,000 of Enterprise Pipeline

We helped Mithra’s founders build authority with enterprise procurement buyers, reaching leaders at Novartis, Stryker and STADA. In 10 weeks, the programme generated 102,000+ targeted impressions and 11 qualified procurement leads, requiring just a couple of hours of the founders’ time each month.

Results we Generated

  • €924,000 in enterprise pipeline generated
  • 102,000+ targeted LinkedIn impressions in the first 10 weeks
  • 2,279 engagements from procurement and supply chain professionals
  • 82 buying signals from senior decision-makers (11 qualified)
  • Positioned Mithra as a recognized voice in AI-driven procurement and indirect spend visibility
  • Built a scalable founder-led Thought Leadership Content Engine™ requiring just a couple of hours each month

The Problem

Mithra had built a product capable of solving one of procurement's biggest challenges: giving enterprise teams clear visibility across fragmented indirect spend using AI. The technology was strong, the market opportunity was clear, and early customer conversations reinforced the value they were creating.

The challenge was that very few people outside those conversations knew who Mithra was.

For an early-stage B2B SaaS company selling into enterprise procurement, credibility is rarely built through product marketing alone. Buyers are looking for evidence that the people behind the business understand their world, have a clear point of view on where the industry is heading, and can articulate the problems they solve with depth and conviction.

Mithra wanted its founders to become recognized voices in modern procurement while creating a repeatable way to educate enterprise buyers long before the first sales conversation.

The ambition was to build an authority engine that strengthened the brand, supported outbound activity, generated qualified buying signals, and ultimately created predictable commercial pipeline.

Our Solution

Like every Triangle partnership, we began with strategy.

Before writing a single post, we needed to answer three questions: What should Mithra become known for? Who did it need to influence? And what conversations would position it as the obvious choice in the market?

To answer those questions, we applied the Triangle Market Authority Matrix™, our framework for turning founder expertise into commercial growth.

Arash and Rasa already had the expertise. They were solving complex procurement challenges every day and had a deep understanding of how AI was changing the industry. The opportunity was to make that expertise visible in a way enterprise buyers would recognize, trust, and remember.

Instead of leading with product updates or feature releases, we positioned both founders around the broader themes shaping modern procurement: AI adoption, indirect spend visibility, operational decision-making, and the future of enterprise procurement. These became the foundations of their thought leadership, allowing Mithra to contribute to the wider industry conversation while reinforcing the problems its product was built to solve.

Strategic Positioning Before Content

Next, we clarified exactly what Mithra should become known for.

Using our Strategic Positioning Framework, we defined:

  • Their ideal buying audience.
  • Their market narrative.
  • The commercial problems their content needed to solve.
  • The themes capable of building long-term authority.

Rather than competing with every AI company posting generic opinions online, we carved out a clear position around practical procurement intelligence.

Extracting High-Performing Ideas

Once positioning was clear, we moved into Strategic Ideation Sessions™.

Most founders have hundreds of valuable ideas. They simply don't recognize them.

Through long-form conversations with both founders, we extracted:

  • Product philosophy
  • Customer stories
  • Procurement trends
  • Founder lessons
  • Operational opinions
  • Market observations

Every idea was filtered through the Triangle Thought Matrix™.

– Could they speak about it credibly?

– Would buyers genuinely care?

– Would it move the commercial needle?

Turning Authority Into Enterprise Pipeline

Alongside the content strategy, we tracked every meaningful buying signal generated through LinkedIn. Rather than measuring success through impressions alone, we identified procurement leaders engaging consistently with the founders' content, visiting their profiles, joining conversations, and demonstrating genuine commercial intent.

Those signals became the foundation for targeted outreach.

Using Triangle's signal-based MQL framework, we prioritised high-intent prospects and combined warm, human-led outreach with the trust that had already been established through content. Because buyers were already familiar with Mithra's thinking, conversations started from a position of credibility rather than cold introduction.

Over the first ten weeks, this approach generated 82 buying signals from senior procurement decision-makers, including 11 qualified enterprise procurement leaders, creating €924,000 of enterprise pipeline based on an average deal value of €84,000.

The Results

Within the first ten weeks, Mithra generated:

  • 102,000+ targeted impressions
  • 2,279 engagements
  • 82 buying signals from senior procurement decision-makers
  • 11 qualified procurement leaders entering pipeline
  • €924,000 of enterprise pipeline based on an average enterprise deal size of €84,000.

The content reached procurement leaders from organizations including Novartis, STADA, Stryker, UMC Utrecht, Bergman Clinics, and Hirslanden.

Mithra moved from being another AI procurement startup to becoming a recognized voice in procurement data, indirect spend visibility, and practical AI adoption.

The Outcome

By the end of the engagement, LinkedIn had become a commercial asset for Mithra.

Arash and Rasa had established a clear position within the procurement space. The business was engaging senior enterprise buyers at scale, and its content was actively supporting pipeline generation, outbound activity, and sales conversations.

More importantly, Mithra now has a repeatable system for turning founder expertise into market authority.

Rather than relying on one-off campaigns or product announcements, the business has an engine that continually reinforces its positioning, educates the market, and builds trust with future customers.
