How We Generate Results Like These...
Get millions of eyeballs on your business

Hey everyone,
Over the last month, we’ve had some brilliant results across the leaders and businesses we work with at Triangle. LinkedIn-first content backed by 100M+ impressions and written by actual people (our journalist trained Content Managers) really delivers.

I took a deep dive into the data, analysing the content that performed best — here are 7 takeaways you can action:
Starting with an idea that is strong enough to travel.
Formatting, visuals and writing all matter, but they can’t compensate for an uninteresting idea. The highest-performing content takes something specific and interlinks it with a big macro idea — topical news story; business lesson; industry shift; harsh truth; a lesson learned or a belief other people recognise in their own lives. For example, a technical insight might connect to trust, risk, leadership or decision-making. A company milestone might reveal something about resilience or growth. Before we write anything, we ask: Why would someone care about this beyond the person or company posting it?
Finding the detail only that person could share.
You have to dive deep — what stands out across the best posts are the specific details: the
conversation that changed someone’s mind, the mistake that cost them, the decision others questioned or the moment behind a milestone. Because the more content draws on genuine lived experience, the harder it becomes to replicate.
Having a real perspective, not merely explaining the topic.
Information alone rarely creates memorable thought leadership. High-performing posts usually contain a clear interpretation of what is happening, why it matters and what others are getting wrong. That doesn’t mean manufacturing controversy. It means being willing to say what you genuinely believe and picking a side, instead of diluting every opinion down until everyone can agree with it.
Writing hooks rooted in reality.
Broad statements and generic questions are easy to scroll past. Strong openings tend to contain something tangible: a person, number, decision, contradiction or moment. And open a curiosity gap, leaving your audience wanting more. Instead of announcing the subject, begin with the most interesting evidence. “We changed our sales strategy” is a topic. “We stopped chasing 80% of our target market” gives someone a reason to click ‘see more.’
Building a varied body of content rather than repeating one formula.
Not every post needs to teach a lesson or chase maximum reach. Insight builds authority. Stories create trust. Client results and behind-the-scenes examples provide credibility. Company news can show momentum. The strongest profiles use these different types intentionally, creating a more complete picture of the person/business and why others should pay attention to them. Each content piece has its own role in a much bigger strategic picture.
Beyond hitting post and diving into the audience.
Publishing is only the beginning. The right network, consistent activity and meaningful conversations all help strong ideas travel further. We add people into your network, increasing audience size and improving audience penetration. We also look closely at who engages. A post can generate fewer impressions but still create meaningful visibility among potential buyers, partners or future hires. High performance is ultimately about creating the right attention based on your goals.
It’s important to remember: the tactics will keep changing. But the key is focusing on being consistent with valuable content and great storytelling.
