How We Drive Enterprise Engagement

Reach senior decision makers you want to reach

Clients tell us we're exceptional at driving enterprise-level engagement. Reaching 8-figure budget holders at global companies is our speciality — so I wanted to write about how we do it.

A few of the companies we’ve engaged at VP-level or above:

The foundation is understanding 2 things:

  1. What engages a senior decision-maker isn’t “standard content”, and you can’t follow the latest guru advice on LinkedIn. Their advice will move you further from your goals. The approach is much more
  2. You need really strong research & actual data on what your ICP is engaging with. So you’re creating in line with their specific preferred content.

These are the principles behind 100M+ impressions and enterprise engagement at 500+ leading companies:

1. Challenge how they think — don't just inform them.

Safe content doesn't build demand. Senior buyers already know the basics. What earns their attention is a reframe: a unique way of seeing the problem. Give them the insight that changes the internal conversation. Those "aha moments."

2. Write from inside their world.

Put words to what they're thinking but not saying. Name the role, name the pain, mirror the debate happening in their leadership meetings. When you sound like you know them inside out, they'll listen and trust you are the best person to speak to about their situation.

3. Give them IP, not tips.

Decision-makers don't need inspiration. They need proprietary data, frameworks and models they can't find anywhere else — the kind of thing they screenshot and send to their team. That's true authority.

4. Equip them to sell you internally.

No one signs a big deal alone. Your content has to travel — into the Slack thread, the board deck, the "have you seen this?" forward. Write things a champion can use to make the case for you when you're not in the room. And help them de-risk you as a vendor.

5. Engineer a journey.

A seven-figure decision isn't made off one viral post. It's made across a sequence — problem framing → insight → trust → proof — that moves a buyer from cold, to curious, to confident enough to commit. Think in journeys, not individual pieces.

And remember, you also need a systemised approach to create content that leads to these signals, captures them, and then turns them into SQLs. So you're repeatedly able to drive pipeline.
